Cancellation Policy

At Golden Sage Chef, we strive to provide a seamless, personalized dining experience. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can continue offering the best service to all of our clients, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Notice of Cancellation:
    • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their scheduled meal prep service without penalty. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees.
    • For cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% fee of the total service cost will apply.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a full charge of the service price.
  2. Rescheduling:
    • If you need to reschedule your service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling within 24-48 hours of your original appointment may incur an additional 50% fee.
    • Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance is subject to full charge, and a new booking will require full payment.

No-Show Policy:

  • In the event that a client fails to provide access to the home for a scheduled service without notice, a full charge of the service price will apply.

Special Circumstances:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we will make every effort to work with our clients. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service or for no-shows. However, partial refunds (50%) will be issued for cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service.

  • Our cancellation policy allows us to better manage our schedule, ensure that we can serve clients who are eager to book, and avoid unnecessary costs from last-minute cancellations or no-shows. This also ensures that we can maintain the high quality and personal service that Golden Sage Chef is known for.
